PuertoFit Terms & Conditions

1. About PuertoFit

PuertoFit is a digital platform that connects users with fitness and wellness classes offered by local studios and instructors in Puerto Escondido. PuertoFit itself does not own or operate any fitness facility. When you book a class, you enter into a direct agreement with the studio or instructor (“Partner”).

2. Membership & Account Registration

A. You must create a personal account to book classes.

B. Only one account per person is allowed.

C. You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current information in your profile.

D. Do not share your account login or credits with others.

PuertoFit reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Class Packs & Validity

PuertoFit offers class packs (also called credit packs), which give you a flexible way to book different classes from our Partner network. These are not memberships with a fixed monthly fee, but credit-based packages.

Available packs:

  • Tourist Drop-in package & Tourist Flex package – Valid for 3 months
  • Resident Hustle package & Resident Full Send package  – Valid for 6 months

All purchases are final. Class packs and credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

4. Booking & Cancellations

A. Classes must be booked in advance through the PuertoFit platform, classes can be booked right up to the class;

B. Each booking uses 1 credit, unless otherwise stated;.

C. Cancellations must be made at 30 minutes before the scheduled class time.

D. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.

Some studios may have additional policies. If in doubt, please check their studio page on PuertoFit before booking.

5. Partner Responsibility

PuertoFit facilitates the connection between users and fitness providers, but does not operate the classes directly.

A. Partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services;

B. Any questions or complaints regarding a specific class should be addressed directly with the studio or instructor;.

C. Partners may have their own terms (e.g., age limits, liability waivers, arrival time policies, equipment fees).

PuertoFit is not liable for incidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during participation in a class.

6. Code of Conduct

A. By using PuertoFit, you agree to:

B. Harass, threaten, stalk, disrupt or defraud users, members or staff of PuertoFit or Partners or any other person, or otherwise create or contribute to an unsafe, harassing, threatening or disruptive environment;

C. Make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, or send junk mail or “spam” to users;

D. Upload or send to Site users pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate content;

E. Act in a deceptive or fraudulent manner by, among other things, impersonating another person or access another user’s account or signing up for more than one account;

F. Share PuertoFit passwords with any third party or encourage any other user to do so;

G. Permit anyone to use any Classes or services booked under your own membership, including other members;

H. Reserve or cancel any Classes directly with a Partner, rather than through the Site;

I. You are required to comply with all safety protocols, instructions from instructors, and studio-specific rules at all times during class participation;

J. Attending classes while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension from the platform;

K. Consult a medical professional before participating if you have health concerns.

PuertoFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of inappropriate behavior or policy violations.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to provide access to our booking platform 24/7. However, due to local infrastructure (e.g., power or internet outages), uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, improve, or modify the platform at any time to enhance your experience.

8. Payments & Fees

A. All payments are processed digitally through secure payment providers.

B. PuertoFit does not accept cash payments.

C. Pricing is in Mexican pesos (MXN) and may include VAT or other applicable taxes.

D. We do not store your credit card information directly.

In the event of a failed payment, PuertoFit may temporarily suspend your account access.

9. Refunds & Expiration Policy

A. All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or expired credits;

B. Expiry is based on the class pack type: 3 months for tourists, 6 months for residents;

C. If you miss a class due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., a medical emergency), please contact support as soon as possible—no-show policies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the necessary personal data to manage your bookings and account.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

PuertoFit may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app message. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
